The cave-dwellings
Among the numerous cavities that articulate the village, many are those that were used as dwellings, distinguished by a rich collection of signs dug into the rock, on the walls, on the vault and on the floor, precious testimony of an ancient way of life that translated into stone the characteristics of the built architecture.
The laboratory caves
Next to the cave-dwellings, other cavities testify to the existence of a lively, complex and articulated peasant community: these are the spaces destined for the production and preservation of food and artisan products, necessary for sustenance and the economy of the village.
